The wall construction consists of 200/60 mm studs, which are blown in with the wood fibre blow-in insulation best wood FIBRE. On the outside, the plaster base board best wood WALL 180 was applied. Inside OSB panels and plasterboard.
Master carpenter Alexander Haag, the building's owner and planner, also opted for wood as a raw material for the ceilings and the heating system. The ceilings are made of cross-laminated timber, the heating is powered by wood chips. Three more such housing complexes are to be built on the site. The demand for the ecological flats is very high.
